*Job Description:*

• Creation and management of release Project Plan in tactical
execution views and executive governance views

• Prioritized list of Release scope for planning and execution
of releases

• Finalized set of consolidated requirements, factory estimates
for realization effort and iteration/sprints plan as an output of each
sprint planning session

• Meetings (including marketing stakeholders) with published
status reports.

• Conduct sprint planning sessions, prior to every sprint
start. Develop and publish sprint plan as an outcome of the planning session

• Day-to-day activities tracking including risk and issues
management, dependencies, and escalations as required

• Daily standup calls (environments, iterations/sprints,
testing); Facilitation of scrum of scrum sessions.

•Participate in weekly internal program alignment
meetings as required, and BlackFlag weekly governance meetings (including
marketing stakeholders) with published status reports

• Weekly release dashboards representing release progress,
quality and performance benchmarks (e.g. sprint/release velocity and burn
down)

• Monthly release dashboard representing release progress,
quality and performance benchmarks as needed

• Facilitate continuous improvement and adoption of agile
principles for project management to help manage the overall delivery
lifecycle with lean execution approaches

• Estimate / story point creation for Product owner/PDE
enhancement projects and ATT business requests, as requested by ATT.

• Manage and track project estimates

• Manage all scope changes to original release sprint content;
determine impact, develop estimates / story points, evaluate available
capacity  obtain approvals from ATT.

• Management of assigned Application-suite projects following
the ATT system development life cycle (SDLC) and ATT's standard
software development methodology (Agile).

• Complete/maintain ATT Primary Repository of Information
Management System (RALLYDEV) artifacts, status and project schedules

• Confirm quality is deployed by following ATT's standard
software development methodology.

• Track, monitor change requests / scope changes through ATT's
change management process

• Measure impacts  manage timeline

• Develop and coordinate the project plan according to project
timelines

• Manage project scope which includes protecting the project
timelines and negotiating project scope with the Black Flag Release
Management team to confirm agreement of Sprint scope early in the Spring

Grooming and Planning process

• Maintain and communicate project issues and risk log

• Manage the mitigation plan and advise ATT IT leadership
appropriately if any issues could impact schedule or budget

• Manage timely identification, logging, resolution and
escalation of issues, including defect reporting, backlog and burn down
tracking and reporting

• Provide regular documented project updates to IT and business
stakeholders

• Facilitate x3 per week stand-up call, reviewing assignments,
status, issues

• Implement jeopardy reporting process when milestones are
missed or potentially in jeopardy

• MS Project Plan with dependencies, milestones and all dates
impacting delivery

• PowerPoint status on weekly basis in multiple formats to
accommodate various audiences and Project views

• Risks and issues log creation and management – updated daily

• Meeting minutes as needed

• Project estimates for user story development and team
engagement as needed

• Certified Product Owner is preferred.
