Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com *Job Title: Project Manager (STATE GOV EXPIRINCE +)* *Location: Elk Grove, CA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Need 3 reference* Background The State has embarked on a number of projects necessary to raise the level of health care of patient-inmates in institutions and Conservation (Fire) Camps statewide. Fire Camps are facilities that provide eligible inmates training in responding to fires, other emergencies, and community service projects such as clearing fire breaks, restoring historical structures maintaining parks, sand bagging and flood protection. There are approximately 43 fire camps statewide. Currently, the CCHCS is working on the Fire Camp Activation Project, which requires IT Network equipment to be installed at each Fire Camp site, for a fully-operational healthcare facility. In addition, the PM will assist with the expansion of the CCHCS network and telemedicine project. The Federal government provides subsides, reimbursement grants and/or discounts, for Fire Camps, meeting established criteria for eligible telecommunication and network equipment and/or services. The CCHS is seeking an IT PM in support of this effort. The PM will be responsible for overseeing a Pilot to integrate the CCHCS IT Network equipment at the Fire Camp locations and to oversee the federal funded program participation to obtain all eligible subsidies, reimbursements grants and/or discounts. Qualifications A. Mandatory Qualifications: 1. The proposed personnel must meet the minimum requirement and possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 2. Five (5) years of experience performing in lead capacity on a variety of complex IT projects; 3. Five (5) years of experience performing project management activities including but not limited to network integration, telecommunication, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement management; 4. Two (2) years knowledge and experience with federal Health Care programs and associated funding. 5. Two (2) years of experience writing policies and procedures. 6. Two (2) years knowledge and experience working with telecommunications and network service contractors and vendors.
