Fluent in JAVA/J2EE development including proficiency in concurrency 2. Ability to rapidly develop services and web based applications, GWT. 3. Well-grounded in the use of JSON/REST, XML. 4. Expertise with Apache and Tomcat 5. Experience with MySQL and Oracle RDBMS API's including SQL, OCI, JDBC. 6. Expertise in system administration, database management, and enterprise packaging. 7. Experience optimizing network and server performance. 8. Proficient understanding of the principles of enterprise monitoring. 9. Utility electric meter data management integration experience. 10. Utility data integration (e.g. Multispeak, Smart Energy). 11. Distribution automation / SCADA systems. 12. AMR/AMI network experience. 13. Internationalization software development experience a plus. 14. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. 15.
