This role had a pre identified candidate- but the offer fell through. 1) Hyperion team (size of 4) This is the support role others are developers. 2) Help with server maintenance and testing of scripts 3) 1st point of contact for issues 4) Upgrades, patches, ect 5) No application admins- we need someone with installation support and production support. 6) Strong on Hyperion planning tool along with SQL, ODI. 7) Help complete their DR instance- it’s not finished- need someone to help with the QA of this. 8) Independent person- Need someone who has experience, sounds like the manager does not want someone who is going to ask a lot of question. 9) Installation and configuration experience and clustering. (these are the main 3 things). 10) Interview process.
