1. Strong knowledge on HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)
2. Strong knowledge on EDI, PI/PO and Idocs
3. Strong knowledge on private and public clouds a must.
4. At least 4-5 SAP SAP Implementation & Integration experience with at
least 2 with integration to S/4HANA 1511 or 1610
5. SAP Activate methodology experience
6. At least 10 or above years overall in Integration technologies with
applications like S/4HANA, SF, IBP & ARIBA
7. CPG and process industry experience
8. Excellent communication & client facing skills
*Job Description*
SAP Integration Lead is responsible for participating in the planning,
development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP application integration.
Incumbents should be able to collaborate with company customers, staff, IT
(including cloud hosting provider’s staff), and other stakeholders to
identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend
solution options according to the customer’s activities.Assess overall
business objectives within one or more process groups and design
integration aspects in such a way that they may be effectively modeled and
configured within the SAP environment. Integration Lead must also apply a
broad knowledge of various technical functions to accurately anticipate
organizational impacts for a given situation
*Responsibilities:*
§ Design the integration of SAP S/4HANA with applications like
SuccessFactors, IBP, SalesForce, EDW etc.
§ Should be able to work with functional leads in all areas to design the
integration aspects with right technologies.
§ Responsible to design integration between cloud and on-premise
applications.
§ Formulate and define application scope and objectives and devise/modify
procedures to solve business problems
§ Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT
areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
§ Lead small sub-projects or regularly coach other project personnel to
ensure business application systems are developed in a way that complies
with architectural standards and established methodologies and best
practices.
§ Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues
to meet expected customer service levels.
§ Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts,
anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project
goals and implementing corrective actions.
*Skills and Knowledge:*
§ Strong knowledge on HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)
§ Strong Knowledgeon EDI, PI/PO and Idocs

§ Experience in the industry or in a production/service environment
similar to that of the employer is preferred.
§ Strong knowledge of project management techniques and cross functional
experience.
§ An understanding of programming concepts and experience with structured
design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.
§ Experience with SAP unit and integration testing.
