This includes resolving customer incidents. This position will also include the development of reports from Service Manager based on customer requirements. Position will work under the advice of a senior technical level employee or contractor. *Minimum qualifications:* Microsoft System Center Service Manager at a medium level Microsoft Orchestrator at a medium level Microsoft Excel expertise at expert level Microsoft Word & Access at a user level PowerShell at an entry level Windows Server admin experience at a medium level SQL admin experience at an entry level Good customer relationship skills Desired: JavaScript experience at an entry level Desired: JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) experience at an entry level Desired: ITIL Foundations Certification Desired: SSRS and/or OLAP cube reporting expertise Desired: Cireson Portal skills Desired: Cireson Asset Management *Specific Tasks:* Installing and updating applications on servers Troubleshooting and resolving user reported issues. Configuring and tuning installed applications to meet customer needs and to improve performance.
