Phone/Skype interviews ok* *This is a hot position!* Using IBM solutions, perform activities related to the analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, installation, and support of the Enterprise IAM program Work with IAM Business Analysts and Technical Leads to understand business needs, translate them into clear specifications, determine viable solutions, and develop those solutions in an efficient manner Work with IAM Business Analysts and Technical Leads to ensure that work done meets customer business needs and will execute correctly and efficiently within a production environment by creating technical design artifacts, developing code with a high level of proficiency, performing detailed and thorough testing, and actively participating in walkthroughs of artifacts Clearly and concisely communicate status of all assigned tasks to management and users according to published workflows, including the preparation and delivery of presentations to upper management on project direction and status Demonstrate service excellence, a pro-active and collaborative approach to service delivery, and a strong customer focus Conduct basic installation and updates of the prerequisite software and required components Create and modify IAM product workflows for implementing business flows Manage custom changes and extensions *Qualifications: * Strongly prefer hands-on experience with *IBM solutions*: *Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, ISIM/ISAM, WebSphere Application Server, WebSEAL, Message Queues, DB2 *3+ years of experience with *administration, installation, and troubleshooting experience in an enterprise IAM environment* 3+ years of experience with object oriented programming concepts and languages (Java, C++) Experience with the design and execution of unit tests and use cases Experience with shell and Perl scripting Knowledge of open standards (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth) Production support experience in incident management, problem management, and change management for IAM related issues Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills CISSP Professional Certification is preferred *Regards,* *Vibhoj Kumar Shukla* *Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies Inc. * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
