*Position: Sr Business Analyst - Banking Domain* *Location: New Jersey - Locals highly preferred* *Duration: 6+ Months Contract* *Job requirement:* *Minimum 8 Years of total work experience required.*a. Good expertise understanding the commercial banking domain, should have at least *2+ years of experience working in banking environment* b. Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products c. Analyze retail channels and suggest better campaign strategies for customer acquisitions. d. Create Credit Risk models on consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis e. Define, monitor, and report key operational metrics and implement and manage balanced scorecards f. Prepare monthly Executive Management Reports as required for business review presentation g. Ad-hoc analysis of business conditions and scenarios, including investigative research h. Work closely across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to understand business requirements and apply those for developing commercial reporting and analytics models *Previous consulting experience is a plus* *Preferred Qualifications: * - Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree with expertise in creating data marts for reporting, advanced modeling having technical skills viz.
