Position: Firewall Specialist (with Palo alto & Cisco ASA exp) Location: Reston, VA Duration: 6+ Months *Mandatory Skills:* Palo Alto (Must) Cisco ASA (Must) Unix (Basic or expert level) Virtualization exp (Must) Network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networks (SDN)(MUST) *The insistence is more on the security & design aspects of the firewall implementation rather than just configuring the firewall. We are fine with strong network engineer (IP) who has experience on the security implementation aspects.* *(Mandatory) Design/solution implementation experience of physical firewalls (any firewall) & strong networking knowledge around routing, security vulnerability, penetration testing, intrusion prevention & tools for monitoring, knowledge in SDN/NFV security area. General security concepts & experience with strong network engineer is also fine.
