Need USC/GC/GC-EAD or H1 (If H1-B Need Visa & Passport Copy or Number) (If GC/GC-EAD Need Visa & Photo Id Copy) Position: UNIX Scripting Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 6+ Months *Job description: * Should be well versed in Unix, Linux, Powershell (AND/OR) any other forms of OS scripting. Should be strong in using the OS tools and utilities to configure/schedule triggers, events, ETL workflows, FTP file transfers. This could be internal or external to the company’s IT environments. Should be able to perform cross platform event automation, for e.g., from a windows batch script logon to Linux box and initiate ETL’s and at the end of the ETL run collect the output files and process background FTP transfers. Initially person will be configuring Informatica’s workflows on Linux environment and as time passes he should be able to pick other configurable items like Mstr or Tableau reports and perform activities like automating report refresh, report bursting etc. Should have good knowledge on SQL querying (any SQL language is fine for now).
