Looking for a true SharePoint Designer/Developer that has ‘grown-up’ with SharePoint and doing things the SharePoint way. 11. Best candidate is someone has provided support for SharePoint and customizes SharePoint based on requests submitted by the business using out-of-box functionality. 12. Understanding and experience with SharePoint out-of-box functionality, including out-of-box workflows. 13. Knowledge of how to complete different requests in a variety of ways within SharePoint so that the best solution for the situation is used. 14. Understanding and experience with SharePoint permissions. 15. Ability to identify when SharePoint might not be the best tool for a request. 16. The individual has been considered an expert by peers and is sought out for direction in SharePoint and provides knowledge transfer to peers. 17. The individual is efficient and timely with completion of activities. 18.
