Here's a 2yr contract based in Minneapolis with some travel to the Netherlands(20-25%) Need SAP implementation/integration(global is ideal) and must have Finance/FICO modules experience. Must be Sr. Level. Give me your best rate. Responsible for the successful *implementation of SAP modules* and procedures *within the Finance core global processes*. Accountable for all project life cycle phases, with emphasis on translating user requirements into functional specifications for any associated reporting, data conversion, integration, enhancements and process design needs. Provide detailed functional knowledge throughout the development process and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied . - Assume primary responsibility *for the successful implementation and configuration of SAP global design within the Finance Core Process.*Particular e *mphasis on FICO related design.* Assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the SAP processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals. Lead multiple project team members throughout the systems development life cycle, including project definition, requirements gathering, design, development, test and delivery for SAP implementations. Manage issues associated with project interdependence, resource allocation and management, financial issues and change management across the program portfolio. Create project plans including timelines and milestones and track progress; inspire teamwork and responsibility across project teams; hold teams accountable to schedules, budgets, and scope. Market and communicate program vision to project teams, key business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Ensure continued business sponsorship, engagement and commitment. Observes and evaluates industry trends and benchmarks operations against industry standards. Establishes relationships at all levels within the organization to influence and execute requirements. Establishes, interprets, executes and recommends modifications to policies. Ensures governance, compliance, and regulatory processes are followed. Partners with deployment leadership to communicate areas of change. Specific deliverables: Provide strategic system direction with global process teams Partners with Global Process teams/other users to define requirements Design change documentation (CRD) ownership for requirements through production Process documentation (PDD/BPP) ownership Master data (field definition) Design specification development (RICEF objects) Training course owner (materials and certification requirements) and execution (train the trainer) Global report definitions/solutions Configuration Integrate design changes with impacted cross-functional processes Cutover plan and execution Role ownership (Define transaction codes assigned to roles and resolve SOD issues) Test script creation and testing plan / strategy Change management.
