Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 2 weeks

Direct Client Position

Client: State of FL

Note: Need 3 references in order to submit

Question 1:

I have a local resource who would do an outstanding job for you on this
project.  Is it permissible for the candidate to work evenings and weekends
to do this?   This resource could be available to meet in person
periodically throughout the project.

Answer 1: Yes



Question 2:

Just to be sure, only candidates with prior experience with the FDOS
Election Watch Application will be considered.  All others without that
experience will be rejected?

Answer 2:  Candidates that do not have experience with the FDOS Election
Watch Application will be considered.



Required qualifications:

• Experience with Florida Department of State Election Watch Application.

• Proficient with Microsoft C#, MVC, JavaScript, Responsive Design,
Raphael, .ASPX

and SQL Server

• Experience with Team Foundation Server

• Experience with SVG Pathing

• Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later

• Experience using HTML, CSS

• Strong communication and validation skills

• Experience with System Analysis

At a minimum, the Vendor shall perform the following tasks:

• Application development for the DOS Election Watch application.

• Produce detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks;

• Follow DOS IT processes and coordinate with other DOS IT staff to ensure
compliance

with DOS standards; and

• Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project team, internal
stakeholders

regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.

MonthsDirect Client PositionThe Closer to Home Initiative is to keep
juveniles from New York City who are placed in OCFS custody to remain
closer to their homes in NYC versus being scattered all across the state.
This has precipitated the need to establish highly complex interfaces
between the Juvenile Justice Systems and various other custom applications
within OCFS.  These include but are not limited to Accounts Payable,
Standardization of Payments, Contracts, and a variety of various other
systems.Project Scope and Objectives:This position will be a Web
Application Developer with .Net and SharePoint development skills and be
able to support all functionality and security requirements for the Closer
to Home Initiative.  They will work developing code to support the
enhancements and production support for the CTH application interfaces
including a comprehensive youth interventions, transitional planning
support, interfacing with other appropriate systems and more.Duties will
include but are not limited to:1.Work with Business Analyst on analysis and
