<p>Cool:gen - Required</p>
<p>15+ years COBOL,CICS, DB2</p>

<p> Must have 15 years of COBOL programming and Cool:Gen experience</p>
<p> Must have 10+ years of enterprise software development experience</p>
<p> Must have experience with MS-SQL</p>
<p> Must have experience with CICS and JCL</p>
<p> Must have knowledge of different SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, 
Agile, etc.</p>
<p> Must demonstrate strong analytical and excellent communication skills</p>
<p> Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service and 
the ability to work well independently or in teams</p>
<p> Java, Soap, XML, Changeman experience all a plus</p>
<p>Bachelor's degree in a technology related field, specialized training or
