As an application developer within eMichigan, this position performs a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to: designing, developing, testing and implementing, maintenance and enhancement of web, mobile, and GIS mapping applications for multiple State of Michigan (SOM) agencies. The tasks will include, but are not limited to: • Design and document IT solutions utilizing SOM standard technology • Provide professional technical expertise to the DTMB Project Managers and client agency managers and supervisors in IT project planning, scheduling and execution • Participate in daily morning scrums • Create, update and maintain systems and IT program documentation, including system specifications and flow diagrams • Develop software code based on design • Design solutions for a specific application need • Code to SOM standards which include Web Accessibility Compliance • Test the database and associated design to ensure compliance with the business rules which govern the database • Maintain and upgrade systems as a result of tool upgrade • Document identified problems and analyze to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis • Produce Local Change Board documents • Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute change management • Work with vendors who provide IT solutions • Represent DTMB as a technical resource at meetings • Perform assigned tasks for internal/external security and standards review and development • Identify potential impact of changes • Research, test and recommend new development tools, languages, upgrades and equipment as directed by senior team members. *Skills:* Web/Programmer Analyst 3 Thanks & Regards Shaik Asif [image: Description: cid:image003.jpg@01CE2A25.1E31F4B0] RadGov, Inc 6750 N.
