Discription:*As a Business/Systems Analyst for client you will be instrumental in discovering, establishing and documenting functional and high-level technical requirements for our client’s progressive digital marketing initiatives.Your role will be to serve as the liaison between the development teams and the business. You will be an expert at discovering and translating business requirements into high-level functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps, engaging appropriate stakeholders and documenting the requirements and processes that have been agreed upon. You are a hero to the account teams in helping them articulate and document all of a project’s requirements so that estimates accurately capture the value-add work. You are a hero to the creative and technical teams by enabling them to start with clear, thorough and documented requirements allowing us to work more efficiently and to delight our clients with each build. *Responsibilities:*Facilitate requirement gathering conversations across all capabilities within the organization Identify, define and document technical requirements, process flows and data diagrams Research and prioritize technical and functional requirements Document and revise functional requirements and specifications Provide review and input into other deliverables as appropriate (e.g. design comps, wireframes, copy manuscript, sitemap diagrams) Leveraging and improving upon established Word and Excel document templates Creation of new Word and Excel document templates *Required Skills:*Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Exposure to development methodologies, life cycles, and best practices Lover of details Experience with Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience with creating process flows Familiarity with collaboration software tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, etc.). Familiarity with web and/or mobile development, including standard requirements, security, data and management. Experience in operating in a regulated market (e.g., pharmaceutical or financial) a plus but not necessary Agency experience a plus but not necessary.
