*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *Data Warehouse ETL Lead* As key technical delivery resource responsible for the detailed design, planning, construction, deployment and support of technical components required for Kronos data warehouse data integration needs for the Oracle EBS global roll out initiative. Ability to quickly understand current design and functionality, identify gaps and ensure the technical solutions are designed and implemented which forward the integration architectural, scalability and technical standards/objectives. *Directly supervises all phases of the system development life cycle. * *Provide guidance to integration developers and work with Business Stakeholders, Analysts, Architects, DBAs and other technical groups in a global environment to deliver high-quality integrations solutions on time.* *Responsibilities:* *•Work with business analysts to identify business requirements and design end-to-end ETL solutions that best meet the project needs.* •Collaborate with BI analysts, data architects and BI architects during data modeling, data mapping and system specification activities. •Transforms business-oriented functional specifications into detailed technical specifications. •Diagrams technical decompositions, describes technical process and data components, and designs exception handling and controls. •Participates in functional design reviews and lead technical design reviews. •Coordinates, controls and reviews work deliverables for on-site & off-shore developers. •Evaluates and estimates change orders. •Oversee developers in unit and string testing. Supports system integration and quality assurance testing. Consistently deliver on time and high-quality products. •Conduct technical code reviews, provide project related status reporting, coordinate all release planning and guide the development team through all project phases. •Collaborate with QA team to develop and execute test strategies and plans. •Troubleshoot and tune existing applications proactively to maintain high service level standards. •Participate in QA, UAT & production support related to the project. •Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. Qualifications: •Minimum *8+ years ETL* development experience. •Experience working with Oracle EBS is desired. •*Solid experience using Informatica PowerCenter with multiple database systems (SQL Server, Oracle and various Cloud technologies).* *•Solid experience developing complex SQL statements, PL/SQL packages & procedures.* •Experience writing and executing UNIX shell scripts and managing job scheduling. •*Strong knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse development best practices.* *•Experience leading teams consisting of 2 or more developers is preferred.* •Experience working with consulting firms and offshore resources. •Experience mentoring and coordinating the team. •Result driven mindset and ability to communicate and develop solid working relationships with people at all levels in a global environment. •Experience working with Finance business processes and data is a plus.
