As part of ETL performance tuning, Implement Performance optimizations via Transformations and Partition techniques Test and Integration test Support Support QA team’s test cases Well versed in performance testing and have handled HIVE, Hadoop and Informatica performance Fixes. Migrate Scripts to SVN repositories for Production deployment Conduct code review meetings with the team Coordinate release activities *Must Haves: * Hadoop, Sqoop, HIVE,Accumulo,HDFS,Python,Shell,Java *Good to have:* ETL experience, Teradata 13.10 or later, Informatica Power center 9.version, Teradata BTEQ, Teradata utilities, Linux scripting, Performance testing, Good communication, Data modeling experience. Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
