Below are the skills we are looking for *Role : Guide Wire Business Analyst* *Location:** Costa Mesa, CA* *Duration:** 12+ Months* * Main Responsibilities: *Solid Requirements Gathering Experience Creation of requirements Be able to get in front of a room of 20 strongly opinionated people (some over the phone in St. Louis and Texas) so they must be tough and be able to overly communicate the business process, action items and document discoveries made on the project and update the team. *Essential Functions: * Work with non-technical users to determine their technical and system requirements. Liaison with non-technical personnel to help them define the scope of their system requirements. Assist non-technical personnel with finding technology-based solutions to their business needs. Translate non-technical business requirements into technical requirements. Create and modify the business rules utilized by our core systems. Use data and process modeling tools to develop and maintain process workflows. Evaluate business processes for efficiency, compliance, etc. Support the IT Director and other IT management with the oversight and development of short and long-term IT projects.
