Retail domain knowledge • Provide production support for various Applications and resolve tickets within SLAs. • Possess good management skills to coordinate with the entire team, the clients and stakeholders. • Facilitate team meetings effectively between onsite, offshore and 3rd party teams • Minimize exposure and risk on project • Ensure project documents are complete, reviewed, approved and stored appropriately • Hold regular status meetings with project team • Keep project team well informed of changes within the project • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
