*interview :TELE-/FTF * *Location: Emeryville, CA(LOCAL Only)* Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire*.!!!GC USC CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED!! * We are looking for an exorienced BA with some string CRM experience *Desired Skills and Experience* BSCS degree or equivalent experience. At least four years of experience in performing business and systems analysis. Excellent understanding of CRM/PRM. Excellent understanding of the Idea to Offering and Quote to Cash processes. Excellent understanding of data analysis, normalization and rationalization. Excellent understanding of the phases in the application development lifecycle (specifically the requirements gathering, testing, and documentation). Experience with business software for Sales Operations and Customer Support using systems such as Chatter, Jive, Lithium, SharePoint, etc. Strong Business Process Modeling skills. Ability to work on non-Business Application portfolio project as a Project Manager. strong analytical skills. Excellent time management skills. Well-rounded individual with the ability to work with a diverse business applications portfolio. Strong customer focus. Ability to communicate and work in a team environment Comfortable interfacing with customers at both the business and technical level Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work across business functions. Experience with SalesLogix, and NetSuite One World and OpenAir, preferred but not required. Proven ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. Experience with project management.
