Serve as a liaison between IT and business groups. 2. Ability to work independently with product owner to translate business needs into functional requirements that meets the business goals and objectives. 3. Able to plan an analysis approach to translating business level statements into functional requirements. 4. Able to manage product backlog and prioritize the requirements with the product owner. 5. Create user groups to share system information, enhancements and system functionality to improve business processes 6. Assist the IT team in the functional diagnosis and resolution of issues coming out of production applications. 7. Work with technical analyst and IT team to address functional queries and to support completion of solution design and development of requirements. 8. Able to work with key business SMEs to elaborate on the requirements and provide constructive ideas to help with the overall thought process. 9. Able to plan and facilitate workshops with a mixed group of business and IT SMEs to gather and elaborate on functional requirements 10. Work with the product owner and key SMEs to gain consensus on functional requirements and detail them out in the form of user stories. 11. Able to plan and execute AGILE ceremonies like requirements prioritization, defining product scope, backlog grooming, application demos and UAT sessions.
