*Job Summary:*



As Manager, Marketing Analytics you are responsible for being the primary
analytics partner and point of contact for a client team. You are
responsible for high quality delivery of:







    Transforming data into actionable insights



    Digital conversion rate optimization



    KPI dashboards and reporting



    Web analytics tagging strategies and implementation



    Data mining and data modeling



    Media forecasts, pro formas and measurement plans



    Running client meetings and offering proactive advice and guidance
based on their marketing results







With a primary focus on digital analytics, in this role you will manage
client relationships from an analytics perspective, working as a true
partner, ensuring Sapient is providing deliverables that will shape and
grow their business. You will leverage your knowledge of analytics best
practice and frameworks to enhance the quality of client services. In
addition, the manager is responsible for providing analysis that informs
and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization
of marketing strategy. You will tie optimization metrics to the strategic
intent of campaigns and the underlying business objectives.







As a passionate digital analytics practitioner, you should have a point of
view and understanding of performance based marketing, big data, data
science, data mining, data modeling and predictive analytics. Ideally you
have previous experience in consulting however that is not essential to
being successful in this role. This role requires close work with the Media
Planning/Buying team along with Technology teams to ensure marketing
campaigns are set up for success, performance is measured against goals and
actionable insights are determined for future client success.







*Responsibilities:*



    Identify approach and key deliverables across marketing strategy &
analysis offering to meet client marketing and business challenges



    Assess client needs and requirements to ensure your team is adopting
the appropriate approach to solve client challenges



    Develop key insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy
and inform marketing channel investment



    Identify and investigate performance trends as they relate to marketing
campaigns



    Develop customer segmentation strategy



    Ensure data is presented in a format that is easily digested; data
visualization



    Use of web analytics to explain trends in data and campaign results



    Identify best practices and recommendations from marketing assessment
findings to help client address key business and marketing challenges



    Develop short-term quick wins and roadmaps for activating marketing
strategies



    Analytics thought leadership



    Identify optimal process efficiencies



    Build relationships with senior client stakeholders



   Run weekly client analytics calls and manage weekly dashboards



  Must be able to quickly learn a proprietary BridgeTrack system



    Business development; identify new project and client opportunities



    Create and present findings to internal team (knowledge share) and
clients



    Develop and own the marketing campaign performance analysis templates
and presentations that demonstrate performance against analytic benchmarks



    Run client workshops







*Experience Guidelines:*



    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience



    Minimum 4 years analytics management experience



    Strong communication and presentation skills



    Exceptional attention-to-detail



    Ability to manage projects from conception to completion



    Passionate about turning data into actionable insights



    Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to tell a story using data



    Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret
results



    Proven ability to create reporting dashboards



*    Experience with data visualization tools*



*    In-depth working knowledge of Omniture; SiteCatalyst, Discover,
ReportBuilder*



    Basic knowledge of Media landscape and key performance indicators



    Excel expert



    Expertise in web and media analytics tracking implementation preferred



    *Expertise in one of SAS, R, SPSS preferred*
