*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH **WMOS and WCS* Job Title: Business Analyst with WMOS and WCS Location: Memphis, TN Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description: · Requires a strong IT Business Systems Analyst, requirements gathering, mapping and UAT QA background and an understanding of product flow through an automated distribution center; · interface protocol messaging between Manhattan WMOS and WCS. · Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant field and 2 years' work experience in an IT or Business-related role. · Advanced ability to navigate MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Long-term onsite project liaison role between IT team and distribution center business units as it relates to WMOS. You'll coordinate and communicate functional requirements of the business units and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting basic functional specifications; collaborate with team members and partner with business units to perform technical analysis, create and maintain context processes, and system diagrams. You'll also validate that the system design meets the business process requirements and perform triage and troubleshooting activities as well as provide insights to the project. In addition, you'll perform testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts and validate test requests; configure reports and package solution to unique business requirements.
