Let me know..* *Job Title: .Net Developer* *Role Synopsis:* The Application Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into robust and scalable application architecture, designing and documenting the application solution. This includes working with functional teams to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the identification, justification and design of the application solution. Must be able to lead and perform development activities across all phases of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specifications. The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in software architecture and development using C#, .NET, and object oriented programming concepts. Experience in web-based and Windows application development with design patterns and application framework is essential. The Architect should also have a strong knowledge of DBMS concepts from an application development perspective and experience in working with relational databases including SQL development skills. *Desired/Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7-10 years of development experience in a software development environment/company and 3-5 years working in an application architecture role. Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration. Working knowledge of relational database concepts, ER diagrams and Oracle, SQL Server database objects. Strong skills in .NET, C#, web services, data access components, XML and SQL. Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) desired. Working knowledge of such platforms as Windows and Linux. Ability to lead teams of software developers. Ability to assess and evaluation team members for performance, code quality and production capabilities. Experience working in Waterfall and Agile software development methodology. Must have a senior developer background with a wide range of programming, design and architecture experience, including object-oriented concepts and languages. Mobile application development experience is desirable. Strong oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. Ability to troubleshoot and manage problems independently. Ability to set and meet deadlines and manage diverse tasks across multiple software development projects.
