Experience with Siebel Analytics / Oracle Business Intelligence experience *NOT A MUST. * Project specifics include: Siebel related projects includes Call Center and the various Siebel Portals (i.e. Customer, VRC, Sales, etc.). Analytics related projects includes requirements creation for bugs, new dashboards and/ or reports as well as updates to existing dashboards and/ or reports. Interface with developers for both Siebel and Analytics to make sure the requirements are clear and understood. Follow up with the business on any questions or concerns that the Developers may have regarding requirements. Assist with testing and validating requirements in DEV, TEST, and UAT environments. This includes supporting the business when they test the requirements and to provide any feedback back to the Developers.
