The position is 100% remote and is short term. We just need an expert in this area who can start right away. I need a Cisco Prime Collaboration resource if you have an engineer with that skill set. Below is a description of the work and some other details. Unfortunately this is a short-term engagement if you have anyone. Please let me know. Description: Provide a Subject Matter Expert Resource to provide additional configuration device discovery and knowledge transfer training on the Cisco Prime Collaboration product. Cisco AS has installed and configured the basic system and services, added the two Call Manager clusters, and added a subset of devices. The SME resource will provide additional configuration and fine tuning of the system, add additional devices, and provide knowledge transfer/training to the customer. All work will be completed remotely.
