Responsibilities: Requires a Proficient level of experience (usually five+ years) supporting MS Windows File Servers and Local Area Networks. Strong support experience in a Windows networking environment required. Proven knowledge of file structures and security required. Experience in the areas of Citrix\Xenapp, MS Windows Server, MS Exchange/Outlook, Active Directory, file/server Backup processing (BackupExec a plus). Requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, supplemented by at least three years of progressively responsible related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Microsoft Certifications a plus. Requires an individual who is detail-oriented with proven ability to work effectively under conditions requiring speed and accuracy; organized and flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and varying priorities in deadline-oriented environment. Requires ability to think strategically, use facilitation, good project management and troubleshooting skills, writing skills and drive cooperation and coordinated processes for corporate success. Must be able to work as a member of a team; requires courteous and professional demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requires minimal supervision skills; must have ability to employ department resources and support personnel. Willingness and ability to travel. (Limited travel expected.) Physical capacity to lift 50 pounds, bend and reach to retrieve files, and work at computer terminal for extended periods. Willingness to carry a mobile communications device and be available during off-hours.
