Job Title: Automation Tester/Engineer Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 12 Months 3 references F2F MN.IT@DHS is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) to secure a Quality Assurance Performance Programmer/Developer resource with strong experience performance testing in large and complex systems development projects. This Quality Assurance Performance Programmer/Developer is needed to bring several active, high visibility System Modernization projects to successful completion. The QA Analyst will work on DHS Systems Modernization projects such as ISDS, MMIS, and METS as determined by the State’s Project Manager. Project Deliverables For each project, the Quality Assurance Performance Programmer/Developer will be working with the project teams and will be expected to: Develop Performance Test Scripts; Execute Performance Test Scripts; Create and maintain Performance Test Strategy; Create and maintain Performance Test Plan; Create and maintain Test Cases; Create Performance documentation; and Create Test Closure Document. Mandatory Qualifications (to be scored as pass/fail) 5 years of combined experience developing and scripting test automation. 3 years of combined experience in JAVA and Selenium. 5 engagements in a test automation engineer role, each with a different organization and each lasting a minimum of 3 months.
