Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A CRM Integration Specialist will be able to provide a service to build CRM applications independently and at the same time help mentor the entry-level state staff to a skills and experience level where they can begin developing applications independently.
