Please send the resumes at pe...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Oracle Policy Automation Developer Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12 Months Consultant will work in conjunction with the New York State Business Express/eLicensing Project (NYBE) Application Development Team reporting to the head of the NYBE Technical Unit. In this capacity Consultant will provide the following services: Assist in setting up the OPA development environment, including configuration management best practices Assist in developing OPA coding standards for both rules and "interviews" Assist with the design of a dynamic framework using OPA and other technologies. This will need to dynamically display fields based on both what is required and the user's answers to previous questions Assist in coding the OPA rules and interview screens Assist with building a development methodology for quicker and more reusable development Assist with using best practices for a UI design and creating reusable look and feel Assist with customizing the workspaces Assist with evolving/training of staff in OPA so more developers are better equipped to assist Assist with integration between OPA and Oracle Service Cloud Assist in the integration between OPA and Siebel The NYS ITS requires Oracle services in support of the Enterprise NYBE platform. These services include but are not limited to: Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Executive Senior Consultant Tasks The consultant role is focused on refining the OPA ruleset structure and content to match the business / project structure and content. The provided OPA refinement is specifically required to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. The executive policy analysts must be an Oracle OPA certified professional extensive project architecture experience. Collaboration with NYBE management on the scope, performance, cost and time metrics for authoring eLicensing policy. Work with the business staff to refine the authoring methodology to match management's requirements on scope, performance, cost and time metrics. Collaboration with the business on structure of eLicensing requirements documentation for OPA ingest. Continuous refinement of OPA rulesets to support quick ingestion of business requirements documentation. Refinement of OPA rulesets to support large volume of rules as required by the eLicensing initiative. Provide OPA architectural support. Provide OPA quality assurance support. Provide OPA training and templates are required by eLicensing. Additional services as identified by NYS ITS Business collaboration on OPA rules. Policy authoring in OPA as required by eLicensing in support of project deadlines. Interview development in OPA. Creation of policy test cases in OPA.
