Job Title: Directory Services Developer/Consultant - (OIM/Oracle Identity Manager - OID/Oracle Internet Directory Location: Hartford , CT Duration: Full Time Relevant Experience (Yrs) 5+ years of Directory services, LDAP experience 2-3 years of experience in Oracle Internet Directory solutions space Work experience with Oracle or Oracle partner companies in defining and delivering directory services solutions is preferred Certification in Oracle products and solutions is desired Technical/Functional Skills Experience with design and implementation of Oracle Internet Directory solutions Ability to conduct a gap assessment and define a directory services project roadmap required Strong verbal and written communication skills required Hands-on Experience with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and LDAP v3 directory services protocols, design, development required Experience with security architecture, design, development and deployment of high availability environments and infrastructures preferred Experience in Java language including JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, and applets preferred Experience supporting directory services implementations and multiple environments on various (Web logic and/or Websphere) preferred Experience with OID authentication plug-ins preferred Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and related technologies is a definite plus Software development tools such as Eclipse, Netbeans, Ant, CVS, and Rational ClearCase necessary Experience with any of the following J2EE framework implementation, COM to JAVA integration, EJB, JSP, ASP, PHP, Servlets, XML, JMS, SQL, JDBC, tags, struts, XSL, XML, JBoss, JUnit, WebLogic, WebSphere, Rational Rose, Red Hat Linux, and Window 2000, 2008 and AS400 environments Roles & Responsibilities Successful associate would be part of an agile team tasked to Assess the as is state of directory services environment Identify DS program gaps w.r.t industry standards, regulations and/or any other applicable criteria Define and develop DS program roadmap Influence stakeholder buy-in to the roadmap Provide high level work estimates Define and design the DS solution architecture and deployment models Work with project management team to develop deployment plans and schedules Review technical implementation of the solution Provide capacity planning, performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability Install, engineer, configure, and operate the Directory services infrastructure.
