*Job Title: QA Test Lead* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Duration: 12+ month * *Job Description:* PeopleSoft HR to workday project – Testing lead – Functional and Integration Testing *Key experience/skills:* 1. Previous testing on ERP systems a. The person needs to understand what needs to be done to test an interface between and ERP and a subsystem or external system b. Experience moving from PS HCM to Workday is a huge plus. 2. Understanding of SQL and Database knowledge a. This person will spend a good amount of their time verifying data and reviewing query results 3. Knowledge and Understanding of the of ETL tools a. Informatica b. SSIS/SSRS 4. Ability to create a testing plan for validation across the system a. This role will need to take the lead on testing b. Will need to ensure the business understands how/what/when/where they are testing c. Having someone who takes ownership of the testing is key 5. Strong track record of completing testing on time 6. Ability to interface with the ETL development team 7. Strong communication skill – both written and verbal.
