Principal Duties and Accountabilities (*Essential Functions) * Support of day-to-day operations of *SAP* systems and interfaces. * *SAP* user and authorization administration; printer administration. * Database system support, management, and administration. * Operating system support of *SAP* systems and related interfaces. * Audit functions related to *SAP* and IT systems. * Ability to implement new products and enhance existing products and solutions. * Familiarity with a variety of field*s concepts, best-practices, and procedures. * Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing. Can articulate a system issue and the proposed solution easily to all levels of the organization. * Acts as a primary input for subsequent build activities; sought out as a subject matter expert. * Schedules and leads meetings. * Trains junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work. * Works with minimum supervision, conferring only with supervisor on unusual matters. * Assignments are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish requirements and goals.
