Please, go through the Below Job Description and share some Suitable Profiles… *Need VISA Copy or Photo ID Proof.* *Position:-Appian Architect* *Location:-San Ramon, CA* *Duration**: long Term * *Client:-Bank of West* Responsibilities * Work with key client stakeholders to define business processes * Gather functional and technical system requirements * Setup client side architecture, install software, and configure for high performance and scalability * Design and implement BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software * Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life-cycle * Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, and more * Lead teams of Appian Consultants, Partner Resources, and Client Resources on project related tasks ensuring delivery dates are met * Contribute to Appian Online Community by developing reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience * Drive BPM adoption within client organizations by empowering client resource to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own * Assist clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with Appian's software Required Experience * 8+ years related experience in IT - MUST * 3+ year of specialized experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE) * Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications * Strong communication and presentation skills - MUST * Strong problem solving and design skills * Appian Designer certification * Knowledge of single sign on systems like SiteMinder, SAML, etc. * Knowledge of securing web application using spring components Experience or working knowledge in each of the following technologies: * JEE Application Servers - Any JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere * Web Servers - Apache, IIS * Operating Systems - Windows, Red Hat Linux, AIX * Other technologies / languages - SQL, Web Services, ESB, Struts Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's or masters degree. * Prior software consulting experience, ideally in a Portal, BPM, DM or EAI related setting * Project Management skills (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.) * Server Architecture experience dealing with high availability environments *Appian Lead/Sr. Dev ( 7.x)* 5-7 years of total IT experience * Experience in implementing projects with Appian 7.5 and above * Appian Level 1 certified * Experience with SAIL scripting, ability to lead team * Experience with building and using CDTs * Experience with Task Reports * Worked with at least one external integration (web service, ESB, etc.) * Excellent communication skills * Can do attitude * Ability to understand/gather requirements and implement them * Quick learner *Appian Designer Certification * Nice to have * Experience with Integration of Appian to other applications, like CMIS, SAP, DocuSign, etc. * Expertise with using XML over HTTP or RESTful web servie. * Fluent with either Java or .NET programming language * Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers * Ability to scope Appian Projects Responsibilities :- can include but not limited to 1. Analysis, design, implement, integrate and test multiple Appian BPM applications using latest version of Appian 2. Interfacing with Architects, customer technical personnel for requirements and other matters 3. Hands on development of Appian BPM applications 4. Use of best practices and methods 5. Bases on experience may have to lead small teams along with hands on role 6. Contributing to best practices, assets and collaterals 7. Ensuring that deliverables met quality standards and functional as well as non functional requirements 8.
