Interact with users at different level to understand Quote to configure
business process and document the same.
List the features provided/used by the current configurators (Tool)
Map the configurator features to business process.
Understand challenges related to current configurator (Tool) features
and business process mapping and corresponding work around used to handle
the same
List down good to have features with respect to existing configurators
(tool)
Knowledge of SQL Server to understand Data flow - optional
Existing and Supported Interactions of configurators (tools) with
Clients ERP system
Understand and document the mechanism by which the configurators are
made available to end users
Document current high level systems architecture Optional
