Listed below are the primary applications that fall under the umbrella of OUIA within the Louisiana Workforce Commission: (a) UI Tax which includes the setting up of subject employer accounts, assigning tax rates, collection of timely and delinquent taxes, adjustments, reconsiderations of wages, and corrections to same employer accounts. (b) UI Benefits which include setting up claimant applications, determining eligibility, overpayments, and fraud for Unemployment Insurance Benefits. Required Skills: 3 years analysis/programming experience in JAVA/J2EE development testing, implementation, and maintenance of software. 3 years experience using IBM Rational Application Developer v7.0 development tools.
