The Deployment Consultant works as part of the Vantage Deployment team ensuring a successfully deployment of the Vantage system to the agency. The consultant is expected to work on all aspects of the deployment from the workshop information gathering phase through to Post Go Live support. It is the Deployment consultant’s responsibility to work closely with the agency Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gain a full understanding of agency business processes and then evaluate them against the Vantage template, highlighting any gaps to Project Management for review and resolution. Also to fully test the Vantage template set up for that specific agency and involve the SME’s where applicable to ratify that the solution meets the agencies business needs or that the business is able to adapt to work within the confines of the template. The Deployment consultant will also assist the Vantage training team with the end user training and provide post Go Live support through to and including the first month end. Finally, as required by the Vantage Project Manager, the Deployment consultant will assist with the data cleansing and conversion process by providing SME’s with guidance on how to cleanse their data and provide Vantage reports for the agency to assist with the reconciliation of data converted.
