Hi friends, Please read the requirement and sent matching profiles only We need only locals or near by to MI for F2F interview Job Title: Business Analyst Sr (Sr. Metrics Analyst) Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 1 Year Rate: OPEN (ALAP) Desired Start Date: 8/31/2009 Estimated End Date: 8/31/2010 Requirements: Senior Business Analyst – Sr. Metrics Specialist Must have >5 years experience as a metric analyst measuring software development projects , including productivity analysis, cost efficiency and speed to market. Must have experience with multiple methods for tracking and reporting on size, time, effort and defects, including specifically function points for measuring size. This resource will be responsible for maintaining the methodology to be used by COMPANY to measure software development, including coordinating with an external vendor who will be performing function point counting, identifying measures, documenting measures, producing charts/trends, analyzing results, documenting findings, identifying opportunities, and leading process improvement efforts. Must have experience with analysis tools, such as excel and MS Access, etc. Preferred experience with the “Goal Question Metric” approach for identifying and defining measures. The ability to work with leadership to explain, promote, sell effective use of measurement data within the organization.
