Please sent profile s...@sulaan.com *480.626.5491* Position: SQL DBA Duration: 12 Months Location: PA Rate: DOE All on C2C The resource shall have the following skill sets: Need 9+ Years experience on MS SQL Server (DBA/developer) MS SQL server 2012 (experience required) MS SQL Synchronous & Asynchronous replica configurations MS SQL “Always-on” functionality MS Read-Only and Reporting services Querying large tables Writing OLTP & OLAP stored procedures Performance tuning Experience with software source control Always-On *Description of Services:* The resource will be performing detailed design and development for key aspects of Clinical Application to drive scalability requirements of the application. Implement Reporting Server – Currently production database has both OLTP and OLAP SQL queries executed against it. By implementing reporting server application through connection string can route most of the non-time sensitive reporting to the reporting server. Implement Read-Only server - Route read-only application code to the synch replica on the other server. The goal is to alleviate load on the production server and increase response time and performance. One of the goals is support large health care customer base by providing Scalability options. Candidate requires knowledge about Always-On and is capable to research and implement the best practices related to this functionality. Candidate will design & implement Synchronous replica And Asynchronous Replica in the SQL server clustered and windows clustered environment and subsequently test the configuration and document the deployment. Candidate must be able to work with various internal coding, performance and deployment teams in order to productize this feature. The specific work is defined as part of planning for each 30 development cycle, and the deliverables are reviewed at the end of each 30 day.
