*Position : Java Technical Lead* *Location : Brooklyn, NY Duration : 12+ Months Phone then Face to Face* *REQUIRED SKILLS:* · A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading and managing development teams with solid Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; · A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development building large-scale enterprise web applications. · Must have experience with Subversion or CVS. · Strong Experience in MVC and using other design patterns. · Extensive experience with Spring and Hibernate. · Experience with Oracle WebLogic 10.x+ or similar application server . · Experience working with Oracle Web Center Suite or a similar Portal. · Strong knowledge of search technologies such as Solr and/or Elastic Search. · Solid experience in XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD). · Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS. · Knowledge of secure coding standards and best practices. · Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation. · Experience with testing tools and techniques such as JUnit and continuous integration. · Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Human Center Design. · Experience in Apache Ant ( a software tool for automating software build processes). · Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. *SCOPE OF SERVICES:* Technical Lead will manage the developers, providing day-to-day supervision of all technical resources and reporting in to the program’s leadership and stakeholders. o Designing the overall technical solution, including integration specifications for NYC Business; o Leading and managing a team of developers working on NYC Business o Providing technical expertise, estimates, and recommendations to project management; o Overseeing all Java/J2EE coding to meet business requirements and in accordance with industry best practices, DoITT standards, and Citywide security policies; o Participating in requirements discussions and meetings as necessary; o Conducting Unit Testing, supporting Quality Assurance, and coordination of defect remediation; o Ensuring that tech team deadlines are met and target dates are rebaselined as necessary; o Documenting technical risks and issues, , and actively working to avoid/mitigate/resolve extent risks; *DELIVERABLES:* • Application source code • Automated Unit test suite demonstrating that delivered source code meets functional and non-functional requirements, where applicable. • Assist in creating documentation such as but not limited to: Technical Design, Run-Book, Security Accreditation, and Application Setup Instructions. *Regards , * *Kailash Negi* *Recruitment Lead * *VSG Business Solutions* *Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102* *Email : kail...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <kail...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
