They have the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications. Additionally, the Instructional Design Senior Analyst requires minimal supervision throughout, and may supervise themselves or a very small group of Instructional Design Analysts, during the design and development process.
