Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Implement business processes using the Siebel eCommunications and Sales
software packages
Maintain Siebel application by fixing system defects and solving production
support issues
Implement and support Siebel 8.1 Products and Pricing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required
At least 1 year of Siebel 7.8 or later Product Administration experience,
including creating customizable products, rules, and links
At least 1 year of Siebel 7.8 or later Pricing Administration experience
Siebel Tools configuration, including creating/modifying Business
Components, Applets, Views, Links, Joins, and Pick Lists
Siebel Order Management experience including Asset Based Ordering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self starter who can work effectively independently as well as in cross
functional team environments
Siebel Visual Basic or eScript scripting experience
Siebel workflow and integration experience
Ability to install Local Development environment, including setting
appropriate properties in configuration files
Application Administration, including LOV’s, Views, Responsibilities, and
Employees
Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL and
the ability to query Siebel tables to view data
At least 1 year of structured programming language experience (Visual
Basic, Java, C++, etc.)
Desired
Siebel eCommunications experience
1 to 3 year of Siebel development experience
Siebel training
Visual Basic programming experience
Exposure to Javascript and HTML
Exposure to Oracle 9i and PL/SQL
Telecommunications industry knowledge and experience
Siebel eCommunications vertical experience
Technical undergraduate degree and/or graduate degree
