They are core java people with ·Everyone needs the core java skill (Angular JS, API’s, DB skills including-Postgres; Mongo, MySQL) set but he is looking for blended skills meaning and he would like to see at least half of the java devs with the below skill sets. ·He’s like to see some engineers with a data background with Hadoop, Kafka, SAS, etc ·He’d like to see some engineers with some AWS cloud experience ·He’s open to seeing engineers that are maybe more middleware oriented and don’t necessarily have a strong front end skill set ·CI/CD experience is nice to have as well as agile experience of course ·The “core java” profile we typically deliver will make up the majority (maybe 75%) and the balance will be the blended skills mentioned above.
