He/she must be comfortable and adept at communications (formal and informal) and have a solid understanding of training strategy and development. He/she must be comfortable and effective in building relationships across the organizational spectrum. He/She will help estimate business participation and negotiate dates for UAT, defect management and business readiness efforts. He/she must be able to manage and leverage existing resources and dispersed often “dotted line” non OCM team members. This is a “hands on” role and includes deliverables development as well as strategy development and planning. This role will be under the direction and guidance of the project lead and the L Brands OCM Governance Lead. Application / Modules: • SAP • Consumer products experience a plus but not required Responsibilities: The OCM lead will: • Actively support the leadership alignment and executive communication efforts • Support business stakeholders in developing and documenting business processes via the Lbrands’ process methodology • Conduct the stakeholder assessment; Identifying organizational (communication and training) impacts based on the new process flows • Assist the business in estimating the time commitment and appropriately planning their participation/dates associated with UAT, defect management and business readiness for the change. • Develop, execute and monitor the OCM strategy to support the implementation, including the leadership alignment strategy, communication strategy, organizational readiness strategy and the training strategy • Identify potential people related risks and anticipated resistance points, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. • Plan, develop and deliver project stakeholder (end user) related communication that is inclusive of all strategic and tactical user needs. • Design training plans based on a situational awareness of the project and the groups impacted; Understand how to address user training needs using a variety of platforms. • Develop & deliver the training and user support materials as required. • Plan and manage the training delivery efforts, ensuring the right training is being delivered to the right audiences at the right time. • Lead the business stakeholders through business readiness and functional cutover activities, to ensure the business requirements are understood and met, and business operations are successfully sustained through cutover Regards Dayle Wilson - IT Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
