Desired Skills and Experience What Experience Do I Need? You need to have at least this level of experience: 5 years in a customer facing sales engineering or pro services role, along with a passion for customers and their success. -Experience with contact center solutions and/or enterprise messaging solutions and/or Salesforce -High energy and enthusiasm! Has a positive contagious attitude towards winning and wants to be in the action! -Thorough understanding of how software is developed and architected at a high level to solve business problems. Along with the communication skills to describe. -Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams -Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences. -Familiarity with client side programming languages, design and development.
