Job description
Working with the Sales team, this individual will support the creation and
presentation of text messaging solutions using this company’s innovative
technology products and services for prospects and customers.

Opportunity to lead and build out a Sales Engineering function. As we grow,
so can you. If you want a leadership role, would like to build your own
team, this is the place to do it.

What will I be doing day to day?
-Support the Sales team with closing customer opportunities.
-Gather customer requirements, develop and deliver presentations,
proposals, and demonstrations using this company’s innovative messaging
technology products and services.
-Interact with both business and technical customers.
-Own this company’s demonstration environments and best practices for
design, implementation and delivery of demonstrations that ‘WOW’ our
customers and prospects.
-Work closely with this company’s marketing team to develop
industry-specific sales materials.
-Project Manage customer pre-sales pilots and trials of this company’s
solutions.
-Ability to travel up to 25%.

Desired Skills and Experience
What Experience Do I Need?
You need to have at least this level of experience: 5 years in a customer
facing sales engineering or pro services role, along with a passion for
customers and their success.
-Experience with contact center solutions and/or enterprise messaging
solutions and/or Salesforce
-High energy and enthusiasm! Has a positive contagious attitude towards
winning and wants to be in the action!
-Thorough understanding of how software is developed and architected at a
high level to solve business problems. Along with the communication skills
to describe.
-Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical
concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize
and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams
-Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills
with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences.
-Familiarity with client side programming languages, design and
development. Programming skill is a big plus.
-Skilled in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
-Four year college degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or
similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated
proficiency
