The person will write the RFP to solicit qualified firms for the upgrade and will manage & have oversight of the project. The purpose of this solicitation is to hire an individual to lead in the upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite known as the Financial Management System (FMS) from release 11.5.10.2 to Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.2.x. The individual will be an Oracle EBS Project Manager with extensive experience in Full-Cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12 Preference to individuals with extensive technical/functional experience in configuring and coding (PL/SQL) with Oracle's E-Business Suite Core Modules, preferably in the public sector. This person will be the Point of Contact during the duration of the project and will lead and work closely with the agency IT manager, system administrator, IT Staff team, finance staff, payroll and the awarded implementation team.
