If interested, please send me your resumes to ph...@appsfusion.com *Senior CRM Business AnalystPortsmouth, NH/ Boston MA6+ Month Contract to Hire* *Candidate must be willing to go contract to Perm* *Job Description: * · *Drives the requirements management process across the software development lifecycle or content migration related needs.* · *Evaluates simple and complex business requirements*; *perform process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities*. · *Possibly re-defining business process* based on out-of-the-box platform capabilities. · *Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation* *of complex business requirements*. · Resolves ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements. · Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements. · *Develops business client testing strategies, plans cases and conditions; tests and monitors testing efforts*; reviews and approves new system behavior to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives. · *Coordinates upgrades and rollouts across multiple business units and regions including specific duties related to training of end users.* · *Engages and partners with 3rd party vendors, internal development, and other parties as needed.* · Leads problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies. · Performs related duties as assigned or requested. *Qualifications:* · *7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in a related field of technology and business* · Sound knowledge of CRM fundamentals and technical concepts (including Sales, Service, Marketing etc.).
