This encompasses performing program design, development, unit testing and defect correction. A strong working knowledge of one or more software development methodologies is expected along with familiarity with business problem analysis, system design and systems integration. This position will report directly to the Director of Data Integrity & Analytics. *Requirements include:* - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - 7+ years experience developing & implementing IT solutions - 3+ years hands-on & technical experience implementing Business Intelligence solutions *Other Skills and Qualifications:* · Proven technical aptitude & solid understanding of programming concepts · Working knowledge of data modeling & reporting concepts/practices along with performance implications (dimensions & facts, data marts, staging tables, dash boarding, reporting, etc.) · *Strong hands-on development experience using OBIEE 11G* · *Experience using SQL Developer, TOAD, and/or other development tools used for Oracle querying* · Broad understanding of IT infrastructure & application interfaces, database concepts, & general IT concepts (e.g. virtualization, cloud computing, platforms) · Proven experience "taking the lead" to ensure project completion · Ability to produce to an established schedule · A commitment to continuous professional development · A high degree of organizational skills & attention to detail · The ability to multitask & prioritize responsibilities · Flexibility to work as needed outside of traditional business hours when required · Experience working in a team environment under stringent time constraints · Excellent written & spoken communication skills *Responsibilities include:* · Translation of business requirements into functioning reports & dashboards developed in OBIEE · Function as the enterprise OBIEE tool expert, leading internal development & performing system administration tasks · Development, debugging & performance tuning of OBIEE interfaces · Technical documentation/reviews, data validation, troubleshooting issues, & system testing · Providing maintenance & support of IT applications & systems · Employing new, as well as tested and proven technologies to develop technical solutions to meet business requirements · Proactively observing system performance & initiating improvements as necessary · Promoting the goals & objectives of the IT Department -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
