*Need :Financial Analyst Location :Jersey City,NJDuration : 9 months* *Responsibilities:* Assist Project Teams and *Support BP&A with Financial Planning as it relates to Clinical Trial Spend* Monthly Financial Planning for Projects including but not limited to: *Project Variance Analysis* Monthly Expense Account reconciliations and contract reconciliations Coordination of PO management Coordination of PO creation and Change Orders with Off Shore Resource BP&A finance approval of* POR's* Compliance with Federal Sunshine Reporting Requirements as it pertains to Medical/Clinical Trials and Health Economics Research Researching and clearing outstanding payments and ensuring reconciliations are in compliance with company policies (GRIR); Coordinate Management of Clinical Trial Spend with accounts payable and product teams.
